Québec has developed a new compensation survey.
It defines compensation practices, trends and levels
for 12 benchmark jobs in the five major retail sub-sectors
in Quebec. This survey is a means of helping retailers
position themselves in the market and devise strategies
for the development and enrichment of the sector's
human resources.
