Diagnostic study
Every three years, Détail Québec
develops and publishes a detailed portrait of the
sector. Based on an in-depth survey of retail employers
and employees, the diagnostic study contains a wealth
of information on the characteristics of retail businesses
and human resources as well as on the needs and issues
in the area of human resources management and development.
Synthesis report
The report presents a detailed compilation of all
the useful information contained in the diagnostic
study: regional data, data by sub-sector, statistical
tables, etc. The following reports were produced in
2004 and 2001:
