Training workshops - Human-resources management Recruitment and hiring
The workshop entitled Recrutement et embauche (Recruitment and hiring) is one of a series of original and interactive training activities consisting of plays presented by professional actors illustrating real situations. These interactive sketches are designed to allow an exchange of ideas among the participants and to identify different solutions to recruitment and hiring issues.
This training session teaches participants to identify the skills profile of a position, to measure candidates’ aptitudes and attitudes and to analyse candidacies objectively using observable and measurable data.
Bill 90: Détail Quebec’s training activities are accredited by Emploi-Québec. They are currently offered in French only.
Attestation : An attestation of participation will be issued for each training activity completed.
