Training workshops – Human-resources management
Compensation, a strategic tool

Given that compensation is not just a matter of numbers but also requires a marketing vision, the workshop entitled Réaliser une stratégie de rémunération (Establishing a compensation strategy) will help you define and develop an effective compensation policy. It will provide you with the tools you need to innovate in the face of the many unavoidable issues and realities within the retail sector: the anticipated labour shortage and the sector’s growth outlook, the management of intergenerational differences and the aspirations of the new generation, the need to enhance the image of retail jobs and the implementation of strategic human-resources management.

The objective of this workshop is to help you, the retailer, establish a compensation strategy that will foster the hiring and retention of employees while remaining consistent with your business plan.  The primary goal is to learn how to compensate your employees in order to achieve your business objectives rather than simply knowing what rates to pay them.
