Module 2.2 – the legal context and effective report-writing

The workshop entitled Contexte légal et rédaction de rapports (The legal context and report writing) prepares participants, over a day and a half, to conduct an investigation in compliance with applicable legislation and to gather and present evidence in view of testifying in court. Particular attention is paid to the writing of an event report.  In addition, participants will be trained in the proper way to make a legal arrest while ensuring the safety of employees, the suspect and the environment. Finally, participants will learn how to search a suspect or an employee to obtain evidence.
