Measuring the scope and costs of staff turnover in your retail business

The workshop entitled Mesurer le roulement de personnel et ses coûts dans votre commerce de détail (Measuring the scope and costs of staff turnover in your retail business) is designed to initiate you to the use of various methods of calculating staff turnover rates. You will learn how measure the scope and the costs of staff turnover, while identifying the reasons why employees leave your business. The results obtained will allow you to establish your operational objectives with a view to reducing and controlling staff turnover.

On the first day, you will be initiated, through simple exercises, to the methods of calculating and analyzing staff turnover. You will then return to your workplace and carry out the measurements that are the most relevant to your situation. Finally, you will meet again with the workshop participants and take turns sharing, in a structured “co-development” process, the problems you have encountered and the solutions you have found.
