Training workshops – Human-resources management How to identify a coach
This workshop is one of a series of original and interactive training activities consisting of plays presented by professional actors illustrating real situations. These interactive sketches are designed to allow an exchange of ideas among the participants and to provide ways of identifying the employees within a team who possess the qualities required to become good coaches.
On-the-job coaching requires certain skills that are not necessarily found in employees who have the most expertise or who are the best performers.
Bill 90 : Détail Quebec’s training activities are accredited by Emploi-Québec. They are currently offered in French only.
