Effective delivery and customer service techniques
The final contact between the retail business and the customer often takes place at the time of delivery of the merchandise. This is your last chance to make a good impression on your customer. The training entitled Les bonnes techniques de livraison et de service à la clientèle – Industrie du meuble (Effective delivery and customer service techniques for the furniture industry) will allow your delivery persons to perfect their delivery skills and learn about the attitudes they need to adopt to properly represent the company’s image.

An attestation of participation will be issued for each training activity completed.

8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Costs:
This training is available in three formats:
- A one-day training session at a location outside your company’s premises, accompanied by our trainer: $175 per person (including snack and lunch)
- Une journée de formation au sein de votre entreprise en compagnie de notre formateur : 160 $ par personne (minimum 10 personnes).
- Purchase of training kits:
- Trainer’s kit: $1,000
- One set of 10 learners’ kits: $1,500 or $175 each
- Transportation and handling costs included
- Free support for your trainer, on request
