Main duties:

  • Develop, direct and supervise the marketing activities of several establishments;
  • Supervise a team of managers, provide support for their management activities and the achievement of their sales objectives;
  • Optimize and ensure the profitability of sales in the establishments under their responsibility;
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs and competitors' strategies;
  • Maintain and develop business relationships with key partners;
  • Contribute to the implementation of the company's policies and procedures.

Synonymous job titles:

  • Regional manager
  • Area manager

Employment requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing or the equivalent
  • Employers usually require previous experience in store management.
